ANC will enter into an agreement with each Agent before promoting them as Authorized Agents. This agreement will be current, as long as ANC does not wish to terminate the agreement. A review period will occur every 12 months. Either a revised agreement will be developed, agreed upon and signed, or the most recent one will proceed until the next review.
