The Administration Department at ANC helps students with:

•         Payment of fees, other charges

•         Processing of enrolments

•         Refunds

•         Enrolment and re-enrolment enquiries

•         Processing of enrolments

•         Student records, including assessment and course completion information

•         Accepting student requests for documentations, Students Cards, letters, statement of results, etc

•         Processing credit transfers and RPL

•         Receiving student’s complaints and appeals

•         Processing deferment, suspension and student initiated cancellation of studies

 

Our Academic Team at ANC helps students with:

•         Alternative formatting of class materials

•         Assessment tasks ,

•         Communication and research techniques

•         Access to software and technology that enhances learning

•         Learning support in or out of class, including developing intervention strategies

•         Referral to other support services, e.g. counselling and welfare

•         Looking after students with special needs
